Approval of Millennium Housing Project in Palm Springs

The ICFA board voted today to approve the refinancing of  Millennium Housing of California, a 254-unit manufactured home community located in Palm Springs. On April 18th Palm Springs became an associate member of ICFA.

George Turk of Millennium Housing provided a report on all aspects of financing of the project and indicated that some of the funds will be used to complete much needed infrastructure such as roads.

This is the tenth park that Millennium Housing has funded through ICFA and we are appreciative of Mr. Turk returning to work with us again.
