The Independent Cities Finance Authority (ICFA) is a unique Joint Powers Authority, focused on financing projects that create positive changes in their communities.

• ICFA has no set application schedule. ICFA bonds are issued quickly, often providing essential gap financing for municipal projects that would falter without it.
• ICFA is not bound by the process of public polling, as special districts are. Our projects are approved swiftly by a seven-member board of city-elected officials.
• ICFA gives back to its member cities by making charitable donations to non-profits supporting children and families.
