New Member Liaison for ICFA

In an effort to increase awareness of ICFA, the organization is embarking on efforts to cement its relationship with current members, connect members with the full benefits of their membership, and recruit new members to the team. To aid in this effort, ICFA has engaged Sara Appel as the new Member Liaison.

Sara’s role encompasses the responsibilities of keeping current members up-to-date with financing opportunities, effective business development efforts and fostering an environment to build relationships with municipal leaders and the community to promote the benefits of the JPA.

Sara is a graduate of Chapman University, where she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Minor in Law & Public Policy.
